The evening will open with the Suite Homenajes, a work in which the Andalusian composer pays tribute to various figures in music. This will be followed by a selection of Spanish Popular Songs compiled by Federico García Lorca during his travels throughout Spain, featuring flamenco singer Mariola Membrives, descendant of actress Lola Membrives. The concert will conclude with the ballet suite El Amor Brujo, one of Falla's most emblematic creations, characterized by its rhythmic richness, colorful orchestration and the profound expressiveness of its melodies rooted in popular tradition. In a corner of Cotón forest, Teo, a twelve-year-old boy, is sent by his father to hunt a bear.
