Data we process
When you subscribe, we store your email address, preferences, confirmation and the origin of your consent. Submissions may include a name, contact details, links and authorised files. Our business directory retains professional data and verification sources obtained through authorised channels. We keep security logs and aggregate analytics; we do not use fingerprinting or sell personal data.
Purposes and legal basis
We use data to manage subscriptions, send selected notices, moderate submissions, answer enquiries, prevent abuse and maintain an editorial audit trail. A business contact we discover does not automatically become a subscriber: newsletters require documented consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Service providers
Google OAuth and Gmail may process email delivery; Cloudflare protects and serves the site; Meta receives only material intended for Instagram or Threads. Pinterest receives only the images, text and links an administrator chooses to publish as Pins. Through OAuth, TikTok receives basic authorised account data and only the photos, videos, text and posting choices that an administrator expressly reviews and approves. We do not request social network passwords or post to third-party accounts without authorisation. OpenAI or Anthropic are used only when an administrator enables a task and never replace the original source. Each provider applies its own terms.
Analytics and session recording
We use Insight (insight.lisuva.com), a third-party service, to measure site usage and record browsing sessions for product improvement. Recordings may include pages visited, interactions and the content you type into forms; form fields are not masked, so names, phone numbers and email addresses you enter may be processed by that provider. We do not use this information for advertising or sell it. You can limit capture by blocking the insight.lisuva.com domain in your browser or by requesting deletion of your data through the contact above.
Retention and security
We apply credential encryption, administrative access controls, auditing and limited backups. We retain data while it is needed to provide the service, maintain security and meet legitimate obligations; it is then deleted or anonymised.
